Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
By transmitting data electronically we have eliminated a mountain of paperwork, and greatly reduced the chance of data entry errors.

EDI can benefit you in several ways. Statements and invoices,
for example, can be electronically transmitted from our computer to yours, thus
eliminating time-consuming, error-prone paper shuffling. Shipment status reports
- including locations and condition - can be updated and transmitted
electronically for up-to-the minute information. Time and errors associated with
payment processing can be dramatically reduced by electronic transmission of
payment information. And to further improve the accuracy of billing we are using
EDI for Bill of Lading information.

Imaged Documents
The ACTION System (AAA Cooper Transportation Images Online Network) has been established to help us meet the informational needs of our customers and employees for imaged data.
We provide our customers the ability to view and print delivery receipts, bills of lading, appointment confirmations and other shipping documentation instantly. These documents can also be transmitted to your fax machine or email within minutes of your request via the internet track option or from our customer service.

Rate Programs with Bill of Lading and Service Map
You now have the ability
to rate your own shipments through the convenience of our rate
programs. The programs use AAA Cooper Transportation's current standard class rates Discount
Rates apply to both Interstate and Intrastate shipments for the
AAA Cooper Transportation service areas. Rate programs are continually enhanced to provide
additional functionality.

Computerized Dispatch and Pickup
AAA Cooper Transportation's terminals are all equipped with state-of-the-art computer systems that enable us to provide you with the most accurate and efficient service available. Special shipping instructions and scheduled pickups are maintained in these systems. The computers determine the optimum pickup and delivery routes for shipments. Each driver's handheld computer communicates with local dispatchers who receive and process continuous updates of vital shipment information allowing for the reporting of delivery information. This information is then made available real-time through AAA Cooper Transportation's tracking option within this web site.
