The ITPP (Intra-Terminal Pallet Pricing) program is set to expire on October 1, 2011. AAA Cooper will be instituting an average 6.7% General Rate Increase on August 15, 2011 for customers on the ACT 501 base rates. Some lanes may experience a higher increase while other lanes may experience a lower increase, depending on the operational costs associated with those lanes. As a transportation provider we are experiencing ever increasing costs associated with new government mandated regulations, higher costs in petroleum based products, and escalating equipment costs. This increase in rates allows ACT to continue to hire highly qualified employees, purchase new equipment and reinvest in our infrastructure. AAA Cooper is dedicated to providing the safest drivers and equipment on the highways, while providing you the superior service you have become accustomed to over the years.

AAA Cooper Transportation is proud to announce the opening of their newest service center located in Lexington, Kentucky on April 4, 2011. Expanding service across central Kentucky, the new service center allows ACT to provide fast and reliable shipping services for the greater Lexington area, including towns such as Frankfort, Richmond, Nicholasville, Danville, Winchester and Mt. Sterling. Beginning Monday, March 21st, AAA Cooper is excited to announce the launch of our new Delivery Receipt in phases throughout our system (View Sample). This change has been made in an effort to streamline services for our customers, by making the document easier to read for our customers and our drivers. In addition, as a SmartWay Transport Partner, we continuously seek to promote new strategies in our “green” efforts. We are achieving this by moving from the traditional 3 part freight bill, to a single sheet laser printed Delivery Receipt. This effort continues the tradition of innovative strategies that make AAA Cooper Transportation one of the premier carriers in the nation.
