How do I change which account is being displayed?
1. Click the little arrow in the top right corner of the page 
2. Click on the link of the customer number that you would like to view

Please Note:
Shippers can see only prepaid charges, Consignee can see only collect charges and Third party can see both the charges.

If the customer is the responsible party, charges will be displayed
in the "Total Amount" column, otherwise charges will be blank.
