How do I change which account is being displayed?

1. Click the little arrow in the top left corner of the page

2. Click on the link of the customer number that you would like to view

Please Note:
Shippers can only see prepaid charges, Consignees can only see collect charges, and Third Parties can see both charges.
If the customer is the responsible party, charges will be displayed in the "Total Amount" column, otherwise charges will be blank.
